INDIAN WHEAT DUTY.
DELHI, March 21
A Wheat Import Duty Bill was introduced in the Assembly to-day by Sir George Rainy. This proposes an impost of two rupees a cwt till March, 1032, The executive would bo empowered to reduce or remove the duty in the meantime if the circumstances changed.
