MINE MANAGER'S REPORTS. Moanataiari.—The drive on the footwall ■portion of No. 1 reef south was advanced 7ft total 7ft. A portion of the reef was broken down, and showed good colours and dabs of gold. A small break came across the face and displaced the reef, but it has been picked up again. The drive on-the liangingwall portion was extended 3ft, total 102 ft, from the chamber. Not much quartz was broken, and between 3 and 41b of picked stone was secured.
