PURSUANT to the provisions of tin Public Reserves, Domains and Nationa Parks Act, 1928, public notice is hereb: given that the Auckland City Council, ai its meeting to be held on the 9th day ol April, 1931, intends to pass the following resolution :-^- "That the Governor-General be requested to authorise by Order-in-Council th( exchange bv the Auckland City Council ol the land described in the First Seheduß hereunder, being portion of a public reserve for the lands described in the Seconc Schedule hereunder the lands described n such second schedule being of at least equal value and more suitable for the purposes of such reserve." All persons having any objections to tlu proposed exchange are recuested to lodge their objections in writing with the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Queen Street. Auckland, not later than 4 p.m. on the 9th day oi April, 1931. THE FIRST SCHEDULE. All that piece of land containing 8.2 perches, more or less, being portion of the Reserve shown and numbered Lot lISI on plan deposited in the Land Registry Office, at Auckland, under Number 21096. and being portion of Allotment 27 of the Parish of Titirangi, and more particularly shown edged pink on plan lodged in the Office of the Chief Surveyor, at Auckland, under Number 26249. THE SECOND SCHEDULE. ' All those pieces of land containing together 29.5 perches, more or less, being the residue of Lots 110 and 117 on said deposited Plan, Number 21090 of said allotment 27 of the Parish of Titirangi.
