OPTICIANS' CONFERENCE.

The annual confereuce of the Institute of _ Opticians was opened to-day, there being about 30 delegates present from all parts of the Dominion to whom a. welcome was extended by the Mavor. The presidential address was delivered by Mr. E. A. Sargent.
