NEW ZEALAND SETTLERS,
SYDNEY, February 22. The "Sunday Guardian" says a Brisbane practitioner. Dr. A. J. Ross, has bought Sunday Island. 600 miles north of Auckland. He intends to settle it with 14 families, including 12 from New Zealand. Dr. Rosa is to buy a schooner in Sydney this week.
