A local resident who returned from a visit to England states that natives at Colombo refuse to accept Australian currency. A sum of 27/6 is obtainable lor an English pound note, but goods cannot be purchased with Australian money. NO GENERAL STRIKE. 3 decision in Australia. SYDNEY, February 22.
