CONVENT FLOOR AFIRE.
REMUERA OUTBREAK,
The floor of the convent owned and occupied by the. Sisters of St. tToseph in Beatrice Road, Remuera, caught fire shortly before nine o'clock last evening. The outbreak was extinguished by the Remuera Fire Brigade before much damage was done. The building is insured for £1200 and the contents for £400 in the Phoenix Insurance Company.
