HANDICAPS FOR PANMURE. to-morrows Proceeds for EARTHQUAKE FUND. The outboard division of the New Zealand Power Boat Association will hold a meeting to-morrow afternoon on the Panmure Basin. Eight events will be decided, including the Golden Pennant race and an attack on the lap record now held by Miss Wilma. All net proceeds are to be donated to the earthquake relier fund, and a big attendance of the public is hoped for. The first race will start at 2.45 p.m., events following at short intervals.
