TOFUA DISCHARGING.

MAUNGANUI DUE TO-MORROW

The waterfront is fairly busy to-day. At the Prince's wharf are the lonic, from London, the City of Glasgow, from New York, and the Tofua, from the Islands. The Huntingdon and Norfolk are loading at the Queen's wharf, while the Wairuna, which arrived from Los Angeles via Papeete this morning, is discharging at tlie King's wharf. Bulk motor spirit from Borneo is being pumped out at the Western wharf by the tanker Spirilla. The only overseas vessel due to-morrow is the M'aunganui, wjth passengers, mails and cargo from Sydney, to land at the Queen's wharf.

The Wairuarino left Wellington on Saturday afternoon, and Iβ due here at 7 a.m. ■to-morrow, berthing at the Prince's wharl. She sails on Thursday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunediu and Tiniaru. The Karepo was delayed outside Greymouth on Saturday by rough seas on the bar. The Kaimanawa sails on Wednesday evening for Portland. Thence she is to go to Westport to load again for Auckrihe Kapoaga'loads at Greyinouth for Auckland about Saturday next. The Waipiata sails at 11 p.m. to-day ior Lyttelton, Dunedin, Bluff, Oainaru and Timaru. The Waimea shifts from the Queens wharf to the Central wharf this afternoon, and sails for Gfeborne and Napier at 3 p.m. to-morrow. The Katoa loads at Dunedin about Wednesday next for Auckland, via (Jamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Picton and Wellington.

Victoria was re-erected on Saturday after overhaul. HAPAI SAILED. The Auckland Harbour Board's dredge Hapai sailed this morning for Wbangarei. DUNEDIN TO DOCK. H.M.s. Duuedin is to go into dry dock at 8 a.m. to-morrow for cleaning am! painting. TUB PORT DUNKDIN. In continuation of her voyage from Glasgow and Liverpool, the C. and D. Line motor ship Port Dunedin sailed for Wellington on Saturday afternoon. KANNA SAILED. The crew of the Union Company's steamer Karma, which was held up on Friday, signed articles on Saturday afternoon, and the vessel sailed shortly before midnight for Westport to load for Auckland. NORFOLK TO SAIL. Now loading at the Queen's wharf, the Federal steamer Norfolk is to sail at noon on Wednesday for Gisborne, Napier, Waikokopu, Wellington and Lyttelton to complete. MAILS REACH LONDON". The Chief Postmaster has received advice that mails which left Auckland on December 16 by the R.Sl.iil.s. Aorangi, via Vancouver, arrived at London on January IS. , SPIRILLA DISCHARGING. The Shell Oil Co.'s tanker Spirilla arrived this morning from Balik Papan and berthed at the Western wharf to commence discharge of her cargo of bulk motor spirit. She Is to complete discharge at Wellington. MAUNGANUPS BERTH. A berth at the Queen's wharf has been allotted to the Union Company's steamer Maunganui, which is due at Auckland tomorrow morning with passengers, mails and cargo from Sydney. She sails again for Sydney next Friday. TOITUA IN PORT. From Tonga, Samoa' and Fiji, the Union Company's passenger steamer Tofua arrived at Auckland yesterday afternoon, and berthed at the Prince's wharf. She is to sail ngain for the Islands at 11 a.m. next Saturday.

MONOWAI AT SYDNEY. The Union Company's 11.M.5. Monowai, from Sun Fraucisco, via Papeete, Rarotonga and Wellington, arrived at Sydney ou Saturday morning. On her return trip to San Francisco, she is to leave Sydney next Thursday, and Wellington the following Tuesday. RANGITIKI TO LOAD. Leaving Napier to-morrow, the New Zealand Shipping Company's motor ship Rangitiki is duo at Auckland at daybreak on Thursday for fiiml homeward loading. She is announced to sail from here on January 31 with passengers, mails and cargo for Southampton and London. MATAROA REPORTED. En route from London and Southampton to Wellington, the Phaw. SnviU and Albion steamer Mataroa is reported to have arrived at Colon Inst Friday. She is due at Wellington on February 4. and is to come thence to Auckland to complete discharge. WAIRUNA ARRTVKD. She is to sail on Wednesday for Wellington. Melbourne and Sydney to complete discharge. KINI REPORTED. Reported to have arrived at Colon last Thursday, the steamer Kini is en route from Afcjrd-seri to Wellington, on ber maiden voyage. The Kini was built by John Lewis and Tjns, Aberdeen, for R. S. Lamb and Company, bnt was taken over by the Union Company when the Lamb fleet wa-s bought. She is a vessel of 1500 tons, designed for the intercolonial trade. THE CTTY OF GLASGOW. Running under charter to the A. and A. Line, the steamer City of Glasgow arrived at Auckland from New York on Saturday afternoon and berthed at the Prince's wharf. The City of Glasgow sniled from New York on December 17. and cleared Newport News three days later. She passed through the Panama Canal on December 26, and experienced fine weather throughout the voyage. Thr> vossel is to sail at noon tomorrow for Wellington. Lyttelton, Dunedin and Sydney to complete discharge.
