JUSTICES OF THE PEACE.
CONFERENCE AT WANGANUI,
The annual conference of New Zealand •Justices of the Peace is to be held at Wanganui on March 17. It will be opened by the Minister of Justice, the Hon. J. G. Cobbe, and among the speakers will be the Inspector-General of Mental Hospitals, Dr. T. G. Gray, and the Con-troller-General of Prisons, Mr. B. L. Dallard.
