BIG BLAZE IN TOWN OF ROMA.
' (Received .11.30 a.m.) BRISBANE, this day. Practically the whole of Queensland is in the grip of a heat wave. The maximum temperature at Brisbane is 96 de'grees, but at Roma the mercury went as 'high as 110. In the. town -of Roma the post officc, several shops and a hotel were'destroyed by lire. The owner of a station near Kynuna • pferished when a fire destroyed'his home.
