Public Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mount Eden Borough Council held on Monday, December 15, 1930, the following resolution was passed:—> "The pursuance of a requisition from the Board of Health under the provisions of the Health Act, 1925, the Mourit Eden Borough Council by Special Resolution intended to operate as a Special Order hereby resolves to borrow the sum of Ninety-five Thousand Pounds under the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, and the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926."
