BRITISH IMPORTATIONS
For the month of August, states the Timber Growers' Quarterly Review, the total of British importations of paper and cardboard was £1,634,913, while the total of pulp importation was £1,011,928. The exports in the same month of paper and cardboard were valued at £645,261 only.
