(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) OAMARU, this day. The rainfall at Oamaru in forty-two years has averaged 22.3 inches, yet last y_ear's rainfall was 3.9 inches below the average, being- only 18.32 in. This is 9.32 inches less than the total for 1929.
