IN WATER WITH CHILDREN.
ARTIFICIAL RESPIRATION FAILS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. ~TFe" body of Ernest Godfrey Tyley, aged 31, was taken from the water at Petone Beach yesterday afternoon. Tyley, who was married, and lived at Petone, had been in the water with some children, and was seen on the sand a few minutes before he was found in the water. respiration was tried without success.
