RUHR COAL MINES.
NEGOTIATIONS COLLAPSE,
(Received 10 a.m.) BERLIN, December 30. Negotiations' for the continuation of the present agreement in connection with the working of the Ruhr coal mines have collapsed. The mineowners have given notice of dismissal to 300,000 coalminers unless the men accept individual agreements and lower wages.
