I crave space to heartily endorse tlie feelings of "Lax,"' published in Monday evenings "Star." It ia certainly very unequal trading to allow chemists to deal in fancy goods o all descriptions and photographic lines when small fancy dealers are forced to closeAttempts have been msde in the past to control the sale of these lines, but the chemists continue to cell these goods when others are closed.
