FLOWING CHIFFONS TRIUMPH.

Warm weather made another pleasant day for racing enthusiasts at Ellerslie to-day. Again the lawn was paraded by wearers of the daintiest models that a summer season has yet seen. In colours they vied for supremacy with gorgeous flower beds, which are set like jewels in the velvet lawns. To- one looking down from the top of the members' stand the scene was a gay and brilliant one. Particularly graceful and charming were the wide-brimmed summer straw hats, which showed off all the more "dressy" models to advantage, and'at the same time provided sufficient shade from the hot sun which beat down from above.'
