UNEMPLOYMENT,
Unemployment is creating unemployment, and every person in the country is involved. Therefore it is necessary that some legislation should be passed that is going to benefit everyone. As an emergency measure, if fifty per cent extra duty was added to all articles that can be made in New Zealand and the money so raised is used by the Government as a guarantee to dairy companies and sheep owners for a fixed minimum average price for their products all would be well. The primary, producer would then not mind Customs taxation and secondary industries would benefit considerably, and unemployment would be a thing of the past. '• "■ N.Z. FIRST.
