NO RIVALS TOR OIMARA. (Received 10.30 a.m.)' MELBOURNE, this day. Mr. F. J. Bennell, owner of the yacht Oimara, has, received a cablegram from New Zealand intimating that the yachts Yvonne and Thelma have been declared by the Canterbury Yachting Association unsuitable for the Tasman Sea race, which »is being. postponed pending the building of approved yachts. Mr. Bennell states he will probably sail his yacht to New Zealand at the end of the year. I
