LONDON, November .<£ Mr. George' Terrell, president of the National Union of Manufacturers, moved at the annual meeting in favour of Customs and other regulation of the importation of produce, urging the_ Government to negotiate with the Dominions on a preferential basis with the; aim of inter-Imperial free trade.
