X G ARUAW AHIA. jhe final matches of the Auckland League football season will be played tomorrow afternoon, when the big attraction at Carlaw Park will be a match between Ponsonby, the club champions 0 f Auckland, and Xgaruawahia., the club champions of South Auckland. The provincial team needs no introduction to c lo=e followers of the "ame, for it conseveral players who starred in the Auckland representative team which last year defeated Auckland* and others who gained a place this year in the Xew Zealand team. With South Auckland's growing prominence in the (ranie and improving standard of play, the country centre's champion team is considered "worthy opposition for Ponsonbv, and those acquainted with play in both" centres hold that the issue in tomorrow's game will be decided by cither one side or the other being right on its best form in team work.
