AWARDS SET ASIDE. (Received 10.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this clay. The general secretary of the Railways Union, Mr. Chappie, lias announced that an appeal will be lodged with the High Court against the decision of the Arbitration Court, which has decided to hear in a fortnight's time applications by the Railway Commissioners of four States, and by others, for a variation of the basic wage.
