SECRETARIES' INSTITUTE.
The report presented at the annual meeting of the Institute of Incorporated Secretaries showed a large increase of members in the past year. Mr.. B. L. Bagnail presided. Prior to the meeting the members and friends had dinner, after which they were addressed by Mr. R. L. Ziman on " Associations Recognised by Law." The following executive committee was elected:—Messrs Grey, Campbell (chairman), Val Kirk (provisional registrar), F. T Eyre, B. L. Bagnall, R. A. Spinley, T. B. Kay; C. Mackley, T. J. Spry.
