MINOR FIRE.

BLAZE AT NEWMARKET. Slight damage by fire was done to the stock of the Little Wonder drapery shop in Broadway about 7 o'clock hist evening. Tlie Newmarket brigade soon had the fire Tinder control and the damage was due mostly to smoke and water. The premises are the property of the C. F. Mark Estate, and were occupied by Mr. A. E, Waugh. The stock and fittings are insured for £000 in the New Zealand Insurance Ofiice.
