BERLIN, September 28. lierr Fleberg, an engineer of Dueren, near Cologne; claims to have perfected an uusinkablo ship. He demonstrated his invention with a model one yard long, laden with a weight of 501b. Holes were bored in the sides of the model but it refused to sink. When it was thrust under water it rose immediately with water pouring from the holes. The secret of the invention was not revealed.
