HOME SERVICE ASSOCIATION.
A meeting, over which the Mayoress will preside, is to be held at the Town Hall to-morrow afternoon to further the work of the Home Service Association/a branch of which has been formed in Auckland. The movement, which was started in Christchurch, aims at bringing together those needing extra help in the home, and those able to offer that help efficiently and at short notice. . The organisation intends to. provide temporary domestic service of various kinds, such as is at present difficult to obtain.
