DELHI, September 20.
As the result of several months of picketing and boycott the foreign cloth goods trade in Delhi lias been ruined by Congress.
Unless there is a return to normal within three months the capital city will permanently lose its position as the distributing centre for Northern liulia. Three-fourths of the shops are inclosed.
