Take Notice that a Citation has been issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, citing you to appear and answer the Petition of ANETTA TURNER, of Auckland, wherein she prays for a Divorce on the ground of separation under a Separation Order made by a Stipendiary Magistrate, which Separation Order is in full force, and has so continued for not less than three years, and such citation intimates that in default of your so doing the Court will proceed to hear the said Petition and to pronounce sentence therein not-, withstanding your absence; Now therefore take notice that for the purpose aforesaid you are, within twenty-eight days after the 27th September, 1930, being the date of the last of these publications, to attend in person or by your Solicitor at the Supreme Court Office at Auckland, and there to enter an appearance, without which you will not be allowed to address the Court at any stage of the proceedings.
