LANG PROPOSALS.
SHORT CUT TO BANKRUPTCY. (Received 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, uiis day. Tlit State/ Treasurer, Mr. B. S. Stevens, in the, course oC an address, declared that Mr. Lang's proposals were a short road to bankruptcy and national disaster. A feature of the elections is that Mr. George C'ann, who was Minister of Health and Local Government in the first Lang Administration, is now standing as a Nationalist candidate.
