Scullin and Mac Donald Meet After 24 Years. BRITISH DELEGATION. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 12 noon.) Iv.UG.uY, September 25. The Australian Prime Minister, Mr. J. H. Scullin, Avho reached London last night to attend the Imperial Conference, this morning called on •Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald. Although the two Prime Ministers talked with one another in the Spring at the official opening of the wireless telephone service between England and Australia, they had not met for 24 years when, on a tour of Australia, Mr. MacDonald spoke during an election at Ballarat on behalf of the then unknown young man named Scullin. The 'me Minister of Newfoundland, Sir Richard Squires, also reached London last night. During the Imperial Conference the British Broadcasting Corporation will, on Wednesday evenings, broadcast talks by some of the leading delegates. Mr. Mac Donald will speak next Wednesday and his remarks will be relayed throughout America. . - . . The opening meeting of the Imperial Conference on Wednesday next will be held in llie reception room at the Foreign Office. This room, which is the one in which the Locarno treaties were signed, is more spacious than any available at tlie Prime Minister's official residence. The list of delegates- to" the conference is published. The names of the Dominion delegates are already known, and the United Kingdom delegates, will be:— Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, Prime Minister, Mr. Philip Snowden, Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Arthur Henderson,Foreign Secretary, Mr. J. H. Thomas, Secretary for Dominion Affairs, Lord Passfield, Secretary for the Colonies, Lord Sankey, Lord Chancellor, Mr. William Graham, President of the Board of Trade, Sir William Jowitt, AttorneyGeneral, and Mr. Pethick Lawrence, Financial Secretary to the-Treasury. The Prime Minister of Newfoundland, Sir Richard Squires, who arrived in London last night, called on Mr. MacDonald this afternoon. ,
