BIG CITY PROPERTY. The Outliwaite block, consisting of business premises and sbops with frontages to High Street, Victoria Street East, and Kitchener Street, was offered for sale by auction to-day by Messrs. Palcthorpe and Parkes. There was a large attendance. Tlie property was bought in for £31,000 011 behalf of the second mortgagees.
