WEDDINGS OF THE DAY.

TABRON—SMITH. St. Matthew's. Church was the setting last evening of the wedding of Miss Hilda Smith, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Smith, of Auckland, to Mr. Roy Tabron, second son of Mrs. I. Tabron, of Poneonby, Canon C. H. Grant Coweu officiated. The bride wore a frilled tulle ekirt, the tight fitting bodice being of ivory chenille georgette. The embroidered tulle veil, which formed a train, was held in place by a strand, and small ear pieces of orange blossom, and she carried a white shower bouquet. The bridesmaids, Misses E. Jones and B. Arnold, wore primrose and cameo pink georgette respectively, with Juliet caps and ehower bouquets toned with their frocks. The little flower girls Lorna Smith and Merle Jones, wore taffeta frocks of lilae and blue respectively. Headdreses and posies were carried. A reception was held at the Domain Kiosk, the tables being decorated in white and pink flowers, and a white wedding bell wae suspended over the happy couple.
