Wynyard .(chairman of the Auckland Harbour Board) left for Wellington last evening. ■ Sir Stanley Fisher, formerly Chief Justice of Ceylon, who is at present visiting New Zealand, attended the sitting of the. Court of Appeal in Wellington yesterday. Sir George Fowlcte, president of the Auckland University College Council, and Mr. M. R. O'Shea, registrar, .left for Wellington last evening. Mr. R. C. Sanderson and Mr. J. T>. Walklatc were admitted as barristers of the Supreme Court to-day by Mr. Justice Reed, ou the motion of. Mr. H. M. EqgersOn. . ■■ Mr. A. Spencer and Mr. J. S, Dawee. president and vice-president respectively of the Auckland Employers' Association, left, for Wellington last evening, Mr. Justice Herdmnu and Mr. Justice Smith arrived in Wellington yesterday from Auckland, and Mr. Justice Kennedy from Duncrlin, to the sittings of the. Court of Appeal. This morning Mr. R. C. J. Sanderson and Mr. J. B. Walklate were admitted by Mr. Justice Reed as solicitors of the Supreme Court on the motion of Mr. H. M. Rogerson.
