With the exception of - Captain the famous long-distance flyer, whose plans have not been disclosed, the most ambitious. attempt in the /race to Australia is that of Mr. M. A. Murray, who is ready to start in a Moth on the first favourable midnight, He will do day aM night flying in the hope of completing the 'journey in eight days.
