WHAT TO EAT.

I have read with great interest the letters about raw food as a diet. I believe this is A; * step in the right direction provided they leave -o us a little meat. What I object to is that none of these correspondents tell what kind <»' raw food they eat. Are they ashamed to do - so? Do they chew swedes and beets? D® ■ they eat Taw potatoes and leeks ? Please tell , us. I went to a lecture on health some time ago and it was just the same thing. We were - told to keep the alimentary tract clear, to move the bowels three times a day, and not to eat fats or acids, and then a lot of talk that left a poor man like me floundering in a maze of high-sounding words. Then ve had a lecture over the air, and we were tcfld. not to neglect carbonisation, whatever that as, and never to eat superphosphate. Being an. old farmer, I at once sat U£, but blood and. bone and basie slag were never mentioned. When, oh, when will these people come -out, of the clouds and reach down to suffering humanity that we all may have good complexions and perfect digestions ? PAW.
