CREDITORS' • RESOLUTION.

"A deficiency of: £430' was shown in the financial statement of .Rossmore Fifaider,-contractor,; of Waikowhai, whose creditors raet in Auqkland to-day before the Officii Assignee, Mr. A. W. Watters. Bankrupt's schedule; showed assets, totalling; £70/ book debts, being estimated at £20, and, rstock"in trade - £50. Claims of unsecured creditors, amounted, to £500. f ; In his statement Fraider gave details of "various'' contracting ventures. - He said lie had been ill for. some time,, and had it not been for the kindness of friends his family, would have starved. He. had !n<it been able to obtain employment, recently. Most of ■ his debts were on account of working expenses. .Fraider was questioned at some length regarding the, sale of his horses and also a bill of sale. One of the creditors expressed the opinion that the circumstances of' the latter were unsatisfactory. On the other hand, several creditors spoke favourably on Fraider's behalf, aild. the representative of one of them moved a resolution that the assignee be requested to facilitate his discharge. - This, was agreed to. It was also decided to dispose of bankrupt's stock and ■assets on behalf, of the creditors.
