At the building exhibition opened at Olympia to-day a special feature is made of the means and material for excluding the noise of modern traffic. Sir Bannister Fletcher, present of the Institute of British: Architects,, speaking at the opening ceremony, said British architects, were devoting much -attention to the methods of noise absorption. ■,
