OPOTIKI CLUB.
The monthly shoot of the Opotikl Rifle Club in the spoon competition, 10 shots at 500vds and 600 yds, resulted as follows:— A 'Hollard, 49 at 500 yds, 40 at '600 yds, handicap 6, total, 100; W. Sydenham, 40, 44, 10—100; A. Short, 43, 40, 17—100; A.-Sanders, 43, 45, 10—08 :G. Joblin 44, 43, 8—95; H. Armstrong, 45, 42, B— do. ■ The leaders for the championship _ with one shoot to go are:—N. Andrews 724, .7. 'D Clark 718, G. Joblin 700, H. Armstrong 706, A. Hollard 701. . The Opotlkt Miniature Rifle Club held Its weekly shoot for the president's rifle badge, the best scores being as follow:— C. J. Hollard, 60, 1—70; W. Beattle, 64, 6—70; J. Reed, 63, 7—70: M. Ruddick, R3 7-I7O: R. Lines, 61, 9—70; J. Beaver, 60, 10—70; C. Dickinson, 60, 10—70.
