EX-AUSTRALIAN'S SUICIDE. (Received 12.30 p.m.) VANCOUVEE, September 16. .Indications that Cozens Spencer, a former Australian film producer, but lately a British Columbian rancher, drowned himself in a lake after having slain Eddie Smith, his storekeeper, and wounding D. Stoddart, also an employee, caused a poeteof police to abandon their search. Kpeflcer came here three years ago with a fortune.
