Mr. David Smith, secretary of the North Auckland Land Board, leaves for Kohukohu to-morrow to examine applicants for the Omahuta TJlockJ Mr. Vincent Ward, M.P., travelled from Wellington' to Horopito . by the Limited express this morning. Sir Frederic Lang, the Hons. J. Trevethick and C.J.. Carrinfrton, M.L.C.'e, .and Mr. M. J. Savage, M.P., left last evening for Wellington. Commissioner J. Cunningham and Colonel L. Taylor, of the Salvation Army', arrived in Auckland by the Limited yesterday morning.
