PROGRAMME ALTERED. APPENTICES 5 ALLOWANCE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.,) DUNEDIN', this day. A special meeting of tlic committee of the Dimedin Jockey Club this morning decided to reduce the minium weight conditions in the October, Tiaoma, Telegraph and Clarendon Handicaps from Bst to 7st 131b. This will prevent them being considered high-weight handicaps, in which under the recently-altered Rules of Racing apprentices cannot claim anv allowances.
