MOTOR CYCLIST KILLED.
COLLISION AT ALBANY. DEATH ON WAY TO HOSPITAL. As the result of a collision between the motor cycle lie was ridinu and a motor car. Douglas .Tames Harrison, aged 15), received injuries from which he died on his way to the Auckland Hospital last evening. Tlie youth was a sawmill hand, and a son of Mr. -J. Harrison, of Albany. Tlie accident occurred near the Albany store, and about 100 yds from the bridge over which a_ ear crashed six weeks ago. At the lime Harrison was going in the direction of Albany. The car, which was driven by Mr. C. A. Martin, of Mount Eden Road, was going the opposite way. and was struck on the right-hand side. The cyclist was thrown to the road, and suffered extensive head injuries. Little damage was done to either machine. Dr. I\. G. Dudding, of Northrote. at tended to the injured man. and supervised his removal by the North Shore Ambulance.
