PASHA DEFEATS RAY.
GONG SAVES THE WINNER.
DUNEDIN, Sunday. In a hard and fast exhibition of wrestling Kara Pasha (12.8) defeated Tom Ray (12.9) Si the Town Hall last evening before a JSri ° attendance. The contest went the fViiiFeisrht rounds. Pasha securing a fall m fe fifth round. Pasha was several times forced out of the ring by Ray. who was the IS" throughout and a fall against the fork appeared certain in the final round Jjg f series of punishing headlocks, but the gong saved him, the coutest ending in an uproar.
