VISIT TO NEW ZEALAND.

WELLINGTON, Thursday.
Toward the end of the year Mr. R. G. •Hatton, director of the Imperial Agricultural Research Bureau, and one of the, world's great authorities on fruit, will leave England for a visit to Australia. Arrangements have been mado for him to extend his itinerary to New Zealand, which he will visit early next year, to advise on the fruit industry.
