Mrs. Marguerite Blanche BrandonThomas, of 47, Gordon Square, Bloomsbury, W.C., who died on April 25 last, widow of Walter Brandon Thomas, the author of "Charley's. Aunt," left estate in her own disposition of the gross value of £26,563, with net personalty £22,801. • She gave her trustees full power to deal with her interests in plays or darmatic or musical compositions or theatrical properties, etc., but directed in respect thereof that one half of the profits arising from this sorce should fee treated as capital, and one half as income. - '.. | Mr. Arthur Bond Yockney, of Lindisfarme, Corsham, Wilts, formerly of 1, Hilldrop Terrace, Torquay, Devon, and late of the George Edwardes Company, who died on April 19 last, named no executor of his will, which read:— "1, Hilldrop Terrace, Torquay, June, 15, 1910. I leave all to my sister, Augusta, and no tommy rot about it. — -, A. B. Yockney." The will, which was attested and witnessed, was quite in order, as a testatjsnentary document. Mr. Yockney left £1953 gross and £1855 net personalty.
