j Considerable discussion has taken place of late with reference to educational reorganisa* tion, but I have seen no mention of one verf important fact, that is, the amount saved by school committees getting material and wmM done cheaply, and in some cases for nothing. This is done out of sympathy by individuals who would not feel so disposed if the wort was undertaken by the Public Works Department, as is proposed.
