TUAKAU CLUB,
Hie question of permitting play on Sunday afternoon between one o'clock and six o clock was discussed at the annual meetln" of the Tuakau Tennis Club. The incoming executive was instructed to take a postal ballot of members on the question The annual report outlined a year of considerable activity and the balance-sheet showed a credit balance of £40 after allowing for the cost of constructing four new courts. The following officers were elected •— Patron, Mr. W. Lee Martin. M.P.: president, Mr. P. A. Hillary; vice-presidents, Messrs M. Morgan S.
