LEADING INDIANS ARRESTED.
DELHI, August 3
Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviyaje, Mr. Vallaghai J. Patel and three other prominent Nationalists were arrested at Bombay yesterday after an amazing allnight deadlock between 10,000 participants in a procession" and the police. The- demonstration had been organised in honour of Mr. Tilak, one of the best known of the Nationalists, in defianco of police orders. More than 100 people were injured in ono clash between a mob of 300 marchers and the police, who made' a baton charge. —
