Legal action is to be taken against Mr. E. G. Theodore following the findings of the Chillagoe and Mungana Royal Commission. The Premier, Mr. A. E. Moore, advised Mr. Theodore of the Government's intentions. . Legal advice as to the ticability of criminal action has not yet been received, but if this is unfavourable civil proceedings will be taken.
